His continuously changing inventory include villas, townhouses, apartments, lands and buildings; and he manages a close relationship with his network of real estate owners including investors, institutions, free zone and offshore companies. A Civil Engineering background also puts him at an advantage with developer relationships, as he knows how to identify the construction quality, correct timeline and the marketability of projects according to pricing and demographics.
