Having completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School, Kiran was adamant that this was the career path meant for her. She began working in the London real estate market in 2010 as a post-graduate and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2012. In 2014 she moved to Dubai and worked for five years to become an expert in valuation and residential development consultancy. During this time, she provided numerous developers, financial institutions, family offices, and HNWIs with advice pertaining to their real estate portfolios and upcoming developments. It is through these assignments that she has built an extremely robust understanding of Dubai real estate and all of the nuances that come with transacting in a relatively new and fast-paced market. She is now incredibly proud to be a Senior Client Manager at Espace Real Estate where her clients trust her to guide them through what is generally a transaction of significant importance and value.
