I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the UK and UAE property markets and have successfully built my personal property portfolio across both markets. I bought my first two properties in the UAE in 2007 and 2008 before relocating to Dubai permanently in 2012. I have many years of experience in the property market, both personally and professionally having a thorough understanding of the market cycles since 2000 in the UK and 2007 in the UAE. This knowledge helps me understand the desires and motivations of my clients, both investors and end users alike and be able to advise from a different perspective than many in the market. I am experienced in all aspects of the market as a buyer and as a seller and of course, I’ve helped advise my clients over the years to enable and assist them to meet their desires and goals, sourcing, negotiating and building multiple million AED property portfolios.
