Noor is an Iraqi/British real estate agent who moved to Dubai in 1998 with her family. After completing her higher education in the UK, Noor moved back to Dubai in 2005 to start her family, which grew to 2 girls. During the past 17, she has resided in many locations, including The Greens, Arabian Ranches, and Falcon City, finally settling in the Mudon community.
