In 2013, he moved to Dubai to launch the Real Estate division for a Private Equity firm, focused on investment management and strategic acquisitions. With a philosophy of identifying attractive investment opportunities, meticulous due diligence, and strategic implementation and execution, Saqib has built a strong reputation for leading high-performing teams and maximizing returns while minimizing risks. His passion for Real Estate and his close business relationships with developers and McCone Properties have made him one of the highest deal makers in the industry, and a trusted partner for his close-knit investor community in Downtown. Saqib lives with his family on the Palm and plays various sports, and is a car and motorcycle enthusiast.
