Starting in a team support role, Vinay was very keen to learn and his knowledge of the processes and different communities expanded rapidly. He duly qualified as a licensed Broker and started specialising in residential sales and leasing in the Downtown Dubai area. This then further narrowed to the communities surrounding the iconic Burj Khalifa and in particular concentrating on developments built by Emaar Properties. He believes in what Downtown and Old Town have to offer expatriates, including the premium lifestyle, location, retail outlets and restaurants, everything a Central Business District thrives upon. Having a client relations background Vinay not only is able to help find clients their home but makes himself available to help them during the whole moving process. He enjoys providing them with necessary information to keep them on track during their stay making the whole experience as enjoyable as possible.
